 with Lyme or another tick-borne disease.   Jerry Simons, PA-C, a member 
 of the Medical Advisory Panel of Stony Brook Southampton Hospital’s Regi
 onal Tick-Borne Disease Resource Center, and an Assistant Professor at Sto
 ny Brook Medicine, will speak about the types of diseases that are carried
  by the different species of ticks found on Eastern Long Island, and the s
 ymptoms, diagnostic tests, and treatment options that are available. Tips
