Board of Trustees

The library is governed by a nine-member Board of Trustees. Trustees are elected to three-year terms. Voting for Trustees takes place during the library’s annual budget vote. Trustees may serve a maximum of two terms or eight years. You can email the board at  trustees@riverheadlibrary.org.

Library Board meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm and are open to the public. Minutes of past meetings are kept at the Reference Desk.
