Has your child been referred for a Special Education evaluation, or are you thinking about getting your child evaluated because they are having difficulty in school? The process can be overwhelming and confusing. From preschool to high school, Theresa Ceruti, a certified School Psychologist, can answer questions and help explain the process, the choices, and your rights as a parent. Whether your child is in a private or public school, the CSE (Committee on Special Education) [or for preschool it’s called the Committee on Preschool Special Education] is the avenue taken to provide needed supports if a disability is determined.
