A workout class on Tuesdays and Thursdays which will leave you feeling energized. Suitable for all levels of a range of motion. You will be registered for the series when you register for the first time.
Completing this course may save up to 10% on your insurance and reduce up to 4 points from your driving record. This is a 1 day, 6-hour course with a 30-minute lunch break included. A snack, beverage, and sweater are recommended.
