Stop by the informational table hosted by the Suffolk County Department of Health Services’ Perinatal Health Services Program. Learn about free, confidential, and supportive home visiting services available to parents and caregivers.
This program helps improve the health and well-being of parents and children by providing connections to insurance, healthcare, benefits programs, community resources, and health education related to pregnancy, childbirth, and newborn care. Staff will be on hand to answer questions and share materials about available services and how to enroll.
