From stolen masterpieces to artwork that shocked the world, join us as artist and professor Chris Vivas discusses major events in the art world that range from theft, to murder and exploitation.
About the Presenter: Chris Vivas is an Adjunct Associate Professor of College Seminar and Visual Arts at Suffolk Community College. He is also an accomplished artist and clay sculptor whose work has been influenced by existential writers, including Nietzsche, Sartre, and Camus. Professor Vivas has worked with ceramic artists throughout the world, including those in Japan, Europe, and other parts of Asia.
