Located in Oyster Bay and built in 1738, Raynham Hall is now a museum dedicated to telling the story of the Townsend family who owned the house for nearly two hundred years.  Notable historic events experienced by the Townsend family include the Revolutionary War and the Culper Spy Ring. The exhibition hall and interpreted rooms detail daily life in the 18th and 19th centuries.
