Program Description

Event Details

In colonial times, much of Long Island was closer, culturally and in terms of ease of travel, to southern New England than to New York city and the Hudson Valley.  The food culture of the time reflected this.  We make Long Island clam pie, samp and anadama bread.

$5.00 due at in person registration.
