Program Description
Event Details
Health care students will provide blood pressure screenings, answer health care questions and provide information on a wide variety of health topics including heart disease and diabetes. Students can help you connect to community resources, fill out
paperwork for social services, and assist with finding healthcare providers and appointment scheduling.
