Join local author Margaret M. Johnson, author of fourteen cookbooks, including Teatime in Ireland and her latest, Delicious Ireland, for a program that includes Irish tea history, teatime recipes, and innovations on afternoon tea today. A formal tea — sandwiches and savories, scones, tea breads, and decadent sweets — will be served, and Ms. Johnson’s cookbooks will be available for sale and signing. Patrons should bring their own teacup and saucer.
