Discover the beauty and meaning of Hula, the traditional dance of Hawaii, which weaves together movement, storytelling, and cultural expression. This beginner-friendly workshop introduces both ancient and modern Hula, offering insight into the traditions, values, and rhythms that shape this living art form.

Participants will learn basic movements while gaining an appreciation for the cultural context and significance of Hula within Hawaiian and Polynesian heritage.

This joyful and inclusive series welcomes all ages and abilities. No prior dance experience is required.
