Catholic Health nurses will provide flu vaccinations (senior dose available), blood pressure, cholesterol, body mass index and glucose screenings, along with patient education and referrals to care. 

A class to get you moving and grooving. Irina will lead you weekly with up-beat music, and movement that can be done or modified for all levels of fitness. You will be registered for the series when you register for the first time.

Available for virtual and in-person counseling sessions.
