A class to get you moving and grooving. Irina will lead you weekly with up-beat music, and movement that can be done or modified for all levels of fitness.

Drop in to become part of a community of your neighbors who want to make art. Bring your own supplies in the medium of your choice, and plan to clean up after your self.  All are welcome.
