...Get a PIN/Password for my Account??

Riverhead Free Library provides access to your patron record over the Internet. You can use the top navigation bar on this website to access "My Account" which will take you to the login screen. At this point you will need to enter your barcode number from your library card (starting with 20646... do not enter spaces from the number). If you have not previously logged-in to your account you will need to establish a PIN / password.

The first time you log in to your account, you will be able to set a password.

PINS & Passwords

From the Library’s website top navigation bar, click on “My Account.” Enter the barcode number from your Library card, then type in any PIN /password you wish. The system will ask for a confirmation (type the password again), then the password is set.

If you already have a password established but have forgotten it. You can click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link to have the password e-mailed to you. If you do not have e-mail or did not establish an address with your library account, you may call the Circulation Desk to assist you. To change your password while logged into your account, click on the "Change Your Password" box to the right of your name and address.

...Pay Fines Online?

...Pay Fines Online?

Library patrons who owe $5.00 or more in overdue fines, lost items, or damaged materials fees that you have been billed for, can now pay online using a Visa or MasterCard credit card.

To pay fines that have accumulated on your account, log into your patron account using your barcode and password. Click on the link indicating your total fines and bills. Once again, if your total exceeds $5, click on the "Pay Your Library Fines Online" button. Select the fines that you wish to pay or accept the default (paying all fines). Fill in the billing address and credit card information, then click on the "Submit" button. Confirm the payment information and print your receipt, if desired.
